1. Open Chats
Log in to GigRadar CRM.
Click the “Chats” button at the top.
(If the tab doesn’t open, it means this feature is not enabled for your account.)
2. Check Your Chat Page
If you see a blank chat page, it means your Upwork account is not connected yet.
If you can already see your Upwork chats - hooray! 🎉 Everything is set up and ready to go.
