The Search feature in GigRadar CRM allows users to find chat rooms by entering keywords related to the room title or chat details. It highlights matching keywords within results and only displays rooms that contain the searched terms. This helps users quickly locate relevant conversations without manually scanning through the full list.
Title Match Only
If the keyword matches only the chat room title, clicking the result will open the chat room as usual, without any message highlighting.
Chat Message Match Only
If the keyword matches only the chat messages, clicking the result will open the chat room and scroll to the first matching message. The matching keywords in the message will be highlighted.
Both Title & Chat Message Match
If the keyword matches both the chat room title and messages, clicking the result will open the chat room and behave like a message match: scroll to the first matching message with highlighted keywords in both the title and message.
