If you encounter an error while adding a Business Manager (BM), it's likely due to incorrect permissions being assigned. To resolve this, review the permissions in your Business Manager settings and resend the BM invite with the correct options:

  • Admin: Select None or select Full, if you want the business manager to automatically top up connects for you.

  • Business: Select Manager.

  • Agency Contractor: Select Non-exclusive.

  • View Work Diaries: Select Individual.

  • Can Chat With: Select Company.

If any of these were incorrectly selected, it could be causing the issue. After resending the invite, notify the tech support representative so they can confirm the invite's acceptance.
