Uploading a Document
From the left-hand menu, open the AI Memory section.
In the Upload Vector File block, click
Choose File.Select a
.pdffile - for example, your portfolio, pricing sheet, or any other important document.Click
Upload.
📌 Once uploaded, your file becomes available for the AI bot to reference when responding to client inquiries.
Attached Files
In the Attached Vector Files section, you’ll see a list of all uploaded documents along with their upload dates.
Each entry includes:
File name (e.g.,
Portfolio.pdf)Upload time
DELETE button - to remove unnecessary files
What It’s For
Uploaded documents build your AI Memory, allowing the bot to:
Answer client questions (e.g., “What are your prices?” or “Can you show me examples of your work?”)
Retrieve information about your services
Automatically reference your materials during conversations
Tips
Upload up-to-date portfolios, proposals, and FAQs.
Use clear file names for easy navigation.
Regularly update your documents to keep your AI Memory current and relevant.
