❓ What does "drag and drop scanners" refer to, and how does it influence scanner prioritization?

You can change the priority of your scanner jobs by simply dragging and dropping the scanners up or down in the list. The scanners at the top of the list will have higher priority when sending proposals. ​

​If a job matches multiple scanners, the scanner listed at the top will send the bid and the other scanners will simply skip the job of sending a bid.

πŸ“ This applies only if the same freelancer is assigned to the scanners. If different freelancers are assigned to the scanner, prioritization won't work, and bids will be sent from each scanner.



πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ How can I rename a scanner? Is bulk renaming possible?

To rename a scanner:​

  1. In your GigRadar account, from the top menu, click the Scanners tab.
    ​

  2. From the My Scanners list, select the scanner that you want to rename. This opens the scanner information.
    ​

  3. Click the name of the scanner displayed at the top or click the edit icon.
    ​

  4. Edit the scanner name.
    ​

  5. Click Save.
    Your scanner is now renamed.

πŸ“ Currently you cannot bulk rename scanners. GigRadar is working to provide this functionality to you.


🧐 Can I view the status of the auto bidder for a scanner without accessing its individual settings?

Yes, you can check whether Auto Bidder for your scanner is enabled or disable. To check the status:

  1. In your GigRadar account, from the top menu, click the Scanners tab.
    ​

  2. From the My Scanners list, select the scanner for which you want to check the Auto Bidder status. This opens the scanner information.
    ​

  3. Click the Auto Bidder tab.
    ​

  4. Under Auto Bidder Schedule, check if the Auto Bidding Enabled button is ON or OFF.
    ​

    • If it is ON, it means that your scanner is enabled and is actively finding new jobs and sending proposals.
      ​

    • If it is OFF, it means that your scanner is disabled and is not finding new jobs and not sending any proposals.
      ​


πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ How can I group, sort, or filter multiple scanners?

You cannot create a group of multiple scanners or filter scanners based on specific parameters.
​

However, on the Team Dashboard, in the Scanner Breakdown section, you can sort the scanners in the list by Lead Reply Rate (LRR), the number of bids sent (Bids), and other metrics.

πŸ—‘οΈ Is it possible to delete scanners in bulk?

No, you cannot bulk delete scanners. You will need to delete each scanner individually.


πŸ”Ž Is there a feature to duplicate scanners? Do the duplicated scanners retain all the original settings?

Yes, you can duplicate a scanner along with all its criteria and settings. To duplicate scanner:​

  1. In your GigRadar account, from the top menu, click the Scanners tab.
    ​

  2. From the My Scanners list, select the scanner that you want to duplicate. This opens the scanner information.
    ​

  3. Click the Duplicate Scanner icon.
    ​

  4. In the Are you sure you want to duplicate this scanner? pop-up box, click Yes to duplicate the scanner and its settings or click No if you want to cancel the scanner duplication.
