It is not possible to submit two bids for a job post for the same freelancer profile. If a scanner has identified a job post and you have manually submitted a proposal using the same freelancer profile as identified by the scanner, then the scanner will not send the bid again.

However, if a bid was sent from one freelancer profile, and another scanner has identified the same job post for another freelancer profile, then the bid will be sent for both freelancer profiles.
