GigRadar offers a distinctive dashboard that provides in-depth analytics and insights into your work within the Upwork agency. This dashboard contains a detailed management page for your proposals:

In the Proposals section of the dashboard you can find the following information:

📍 Date of proposal submission:


📍 Job post title and link:


📍 Business Manager profile name and link:

It is also possible to sort by selected business manager.


📍 Freelancer profile name and link:


📍 Proposal statuses:

- Reply Received

- Proposal Viewed

- Proposal Sent

It is also possible to sort by Status.

🧷 Each icon of proposal status has link to the choosen proposal / conversation with the client.

⚠️ Please note that you will have direct access to the profile of the selected freelancer / agency, to open this link.


📍 Provide Feedback on Your Submitted Proposal:

It is possible to leave feedback on a proposal you don't like by clicking the 👎🏻 icon located on the left side of the proposal. More details can be found here.

📍 Detailed information on the submitted proposal:

It is possible to check detailed information about a sent bid simply by clicking anywhere in the sent bid field.

Once the side panel opens, you'll find all the relevant details about the proposal. The information includes:

Proposal Details:

  • Date the bid was submitted

  • Name of the scanner and a link to it

  • Status of the bid (e.g., sent, read, or viewed)

  • Business manager’s name and link

  • Freelancer’s name and link, including their profile

  • Number of Connects used

  • Bid amount or hourly rate (based on the job post and your bidding terms settings)

  • GigRadar Score percentage

  • Type of proposal (Outbound/Inbound)

  • Option to leave feedback on the proposal details

Cover Letter and a feedback button for the generated proposal.

Job Details:

  • Date the job post was published

  • Preferred experience level

  • Payment details

  • Project duration

  • Number of required Connects for the bid

  • Skills listed in the job post
