To get the most out of GigRadar's CRM feature, we recommend that you enable push notification so you can quickly react to updates from clients or your team members.
This article describe the steps for enabling push notification on your system.
1. Enable GigRadar CRM Inbox
First of all, make sure you have enabled our CRM to send notifications to your system, to do this, navigate to our CRM page, and click the bell icon on the top right of the left sidebar.
This will trigger a permission request to allow our app to send push notification to your system.
Click allow, and refresh the page.

The subsequent sections describe how to enable push notifications on a few popular Operating Systems.
2. Enable Notifications on Your System (Ubuntu Linux)
After you have allowed our app to send notifications, you need to allow the browser to forward it to your system, on Ubuntu, this is done by:
2.1. Go to System Settings -> Notifications

2.2. Enable notifications if not already.
2.3. Enable notifications from your browser, in this case, Firefox.
2.4. Make sure to disable "Do not disturb" mode on your system, otherwise, our notifications (and others) will not be shown.
3. Enable Notifications on Your System (Windows)
After you have allowed our app to send notifications, you need to allow the browser to forward it to your system, on Windows, this is done by:
3.1. Go to System Settings -> Notifications

3.2. Enable notifications if not already.
3.3. Enable notifications from your browser, e.g Chrome, Brave, Firefox.
3.4. Make sure to disable "Do not disturb" mode on your system, otherwise, our notifications (and others) will not be shown.
4. Enable Notifications on Your System (Mac)
After you have allowed our app to send notifications, you need to allow the browser to forward it to your system, on Mac, this is done by:
4.1. Go to System Settings -> Notifications

4.2. Choose when you want your system to show notifications.
4.3. Select the app you want your system to show notifications from, in our case, the browser, e.g Chrome, Brave, Firefox.

4.4. Choose how and when you want to show the notifications from this particular app.
4.5. Make sure to disable "Do not disturb" mode on your system, otherwise, our notifications (and others) will not be shown.
