🔔 Setting up notifications: Telegram, Slack, and Webhook

You can configure notifications in your Upsky account to stay updated on new replies and activity.
Go to: https://app.upsky.ai/settings#notifications

You can set up:

  • Telegram notifications

  • Slack notifications

  • Webhook integrations

Telegram Notifications

  1. Enable the checkbox “Telegram Notifications about new replies” and click Save.

  2. Add the bot @upsky_ai_bot to your Telegram group.

  3. In your group chat, send the command:

    /start <token>

Connection Check

Once connected, the bot will appear in your list, for example:

  • Company name (ID: -1002354778559)


Slack Notifications

  1. Enable the checkbox “Slack Notifications about new replies.”

  2. Create an Incoming Webhook for your Slack channel.

  3. Copy the generated webhook URL, for example:

    https://hooks.slack.com/services/XXX/YYY/ZZZ
  4. Paste the URL into the field on the Upsky settings page and click Save.


Autopilot (Auto Reply)

Enable “Auto Reply First Message” to allow the bot to automatically respond to the first message in a new conversation.


Tips

  • You can connect both Telegram and Slack simultaneously.

  • Each channel (Telegram group or Slack workspace) can be customized individually.
