Lead Reply Notification Contains:

👩💻 Link to Freelancer, on behalf of whom the proposal was submitted and received a reply
📊 Link to Business Manager who submitted the proposal (GigRadar or manual bidding)
If I'm part of the agency and I see this notification, can I join the room on Upwork with this lead?
Yes, if you have permissions to see your agency's conversations on Upwork
Is the Lead Reply Notification Instant?
No. Lead Reply Notifications are sent together with the periodic dashboard sync, which typically happens every 1-2 hours depending on your GigRadar configuration.
We are working on implementing instant notifications, both for lead replies and new invitations. 🔄
Can I get Lead Reply Notifications only from proposals that were sent by GigRadar, or from manual bidding as well?
Yes, you can get all notifications that have been submitted within your agency, like from all exclusive members. 🤝
If a proposal has been submitted on behalf of a non-exclusive freelancer but within the agency, you will get a notification. 📬
You won't receive a notification if a non-exclusive freelancer submits a proposal as an independent freelancer because this reply won't appear in your agency
GigRadar is only able to see what is going on in your agency, not beyond its borders. 🚫

How to Set Up Lead Reply Notifications on Slack?
Create a channel in Slack
Open GigRadar and Slack in the same browser
Click "Add to Slack"
Choose the channel 📋
How to Set Up Lead Reply Notifications on Telegram?
Create a channel/chat on Telegram
Add the dedicated bot; you'll find the bot's ID inside the Lead Reply Notification tab
Send a command to the Telegram chat, which you'll find inside the Lead Reply Notification tab 📲
Can I to Set Up My Lead Reply Notifications Elsewhere?
We are planning to create a Discord integration in the near future.
What Happens If I Delete My Channel with Lead Reply Notifications?
You won't receive new notifications, so you'll need to set them up again 🙅♂️
