Is it possible to edit scheduled messages for Gigradar CRM?

Yes, you can edit scheduled messages in Chats.

To do that, go to the required scheduled message and click on the Edit.

The message will appear in chat window, you'll be able to change the whole text.

To reschedule message, you may use the Reschedule button -

Choose the date and time

The updated time and date will become visible there -
