How to Filter Conversations in GigRadar CRM

Written by Iryna Grytsaenko

The filter feature helps users narrow down the list of chat rooms based on key criteria. It improves navigation and visibility, allowing users to quickly locate specific conversations. The system supports multi-selection for certain sections, includes reset functionality, and maintains a clean user interface using tag-style display for selected items.

Filter Options

Conversation Stage

Narrow the list by the current stage of each conversation.

  • Select one or more stages from the available options.

  • Each selected stage appears as a tag inside the filter field.

  • Remove a specific stage by clicking the × on its tag.

  • To clear all selected stages at once, click the reset button next to the Conversation Stage section title. This does not affect other active filters.

Client

Find conversations belonging to specific clients.

  • Type a keyword into the search bar within this section.

  • Matching client names appear as autocomplete suggestions — select from the list.

  • You can select multiple clients; each appears as a tag in the filter field.

  • Remove a client by clicking the × on its tag.

  • To clear all selected clients at once, click the reset button next to the Client section title. This does not affect other active filters.

Date Range

Filter conversations by when they occurred.

  • Select a date range using the same date picker used on the dashboard.

  • Only one date range can be active at a time — multi-range selection is not supported.

  • The selected range is limited to a maximum of 30 days.

  • The chosen range is displayed in the filter field.

  • To clear the date range, use the reset button next to the Date Range section title. This does not affect other active filters.

Tips

Combine filters for precision. For example, filter by a specific client and a date range to find all conversations with that client within a given period.

Tags make it easy to see what's active. Glance at the filter panel at any time to review or remove individual selections without starting over.
