You interact with Laziza the same way you interact with a teammate — through internal notes in the conversation timeline. The client never sees these exchanges.
Step 1: Switch to Note Mode
At the bottom of any CRM conversation, find the composer and switch the toggle to Note (instead of Message). This ensures your message stays internal.
Step 2: Address Laziza
Type your instruction naturally. You can address her directly or just write what you need — she reads all notes in the room.
Examples:
"@Laziza, schedule a wake-up for 7pm today to follow up with this client if they haven't replied."
"@Laziza in one short sentence, what's the single best next step with this client right now?"
"@Laziza given everything in this room, what should we do next? Suggest one concrete action the team can take today and one we should plan for this week."
"@Laziza schedule a wake-up for 6pm today. If the client has not replied by then, draft a short follow-up asking about next steps."
Step 3: Laziza Confirms and Acts
Laziza posts a note back confirming what she understood and what she's doing. If she scheduled a wake-up, you'll see the scheduled event in the timeline with a Delete button.
What You Can Ask Her To Do
Send a message to the client
Draft a reply for your review (without sending)
Schedule a follow-up for a specific time
Summarise the conversation
Suggest the next step
Tips
You don't need a special command format — plain language works.
If Laziza is unsure, she'll post a note tagging you rather than guessing.
You can cancel any scheduled action directly from the timeline before it fires.
