Introducing Laziza — GigRadar's AI CRM Assistant

Laziza is GigRadar's built-in AI assistant that helps your team manage Upwork client conversations. She can draft replies, message clients, summarise threads, schedule follow-ups, and more — all from within the CRM. You configure how she behaves through Settings → CRM AI Configuration.

Custom Prompt

The Prompt tab is where you define Laziza's personality, tone, and rules. These instructions run on every CRM interaction.

You can customise things like tone of voice, language mirroring, safety guardrails, and how Laziza handles uncertainty. GigRadar saves every edit as a new version — use the version dropdown (e.g. v1) to review or restore any earlier version at any time. More on Custom Prompt here -

Insert Variables

Drop dynamic values directly into your prompt using the variable chips:

Presets

Presets are reusable @-mention snippets your team can trigger mid-conversation to give Laziza a quick instruction. Drag to reorder — the top preset appears first in the mention picker.

Examples you might configure:

  • Summarise the conversation"summarise the conversation so far in 3–5 bullet points: where we are, what the client wants, and what the next move should be."

  • Schedule a follow-up tomorrow morning"schedule a wake-up for tomorrow at 9am the team's timezone. If the client has not replied by then, draft a short polite nudge for review."

Each preset supports up to 400 characters. Click + Add New to create your own, and Save to commit changes. More on Presets -


Auto Reply

The Auto Reply setting controls whether Laziza responds automatically or waits for your approval.

Co-pilot (default)

Laziza drafts a reply for your review before sending

Turn Off

Automatic replies are disabled

You can also choose whether auto reply applies to All messages or only the First message in a thread.


Agent Tools

Laziza comes equipped with a set of built-in tools she can call automatically during every CRM run — no setup required. These cover four areas: posting internal comments, messaging clients, pulling job and proposal context, and scheduling follow-ups.

You can guide when and how she uses them by referencing tool names directly in your custom prompt.
