GigRadar CRM: Agent Tools

Agent Tools in GigRadar CRM are the built-in capabilities Laziza can call during every CRM run. They work automatically based on context — but you can also guide when she uses them by referencing tool names in your custom prompt.


Communication

post_comment_as_laziza Posts a reply as an internal CRM comment — visible to your team only, never the client. Laziza calls this once per run for analysis, summaries, and drafts.

send_client_message Sends a message directly to the Upwork client under your BM/agency identity. Laziza only uses this when your team explicitly asks her to reach out (e.g. "reply to John", "send the proposal").


Context

get_proposal Pulls up the full lead application — the client's job posting plus your submitted cover letter and screening answers. Laziza uses this whenever a reply depends on scope, pricing, timeline, or deliverables.

get_job Looks up any Upwork job by ID or title from the GigRadar database. Used when the conversation references a job other than the lead's own posting.


Scheduling

schedule_wake_up Sets a one-shot future check-in that re-invokes Laziza at a time you specify (30 seconds → 1 year). Useful for "follow up if no reply by tomorrow" or "check back next week."

cancel_wake_up Cancels a pending wake-up by ID — used when the situation resolves before the scheduled time.

list_my_wakeups Shows all pending wake-ups for the current room. Laziza calls this sparingly — only when asked, or to avoid creating a duplicate.
