Laziza is GigRadar's built-in AI assistant that lives inside your CRM conversations. You talk to her through internal notes — the client never sees your instructions. Here's a complete reference of what she can do and how to ask.
How to Trigger Laziza
Switch the composer to Note mode, type @, and select Laziza from the dropdown. This is the only way to trigger her — she does not respond to notes that don't call her directly from the dropdown.
You can also use Presets: type @ and select a pre-built shortcut from the picker instead of typing a custom instruction. See the Presets section below.
Job & Proposal Context
Summarize the job posting
Type @, select Laziza from the dropdown, then write your instruction:
summarize the job posting for this lead — what are they looking for, what's the budget, and what's the timeline?
Laziza uses the get_proposal tool to pull the full posting plus your submitted cover letter and screening answers.
Analyze fit
based on the job post and our proposal, how well do we match what they're asking for? What gaps should I address?
Drafting Replies
Draft a reply for review (Co-pilot mode)
Type @, select Laziza, then write:
draft a reply to the client's last message. Keep it under 3 sentences.
Laziza posts the draft as an internal note. You review and send manually.
Send a message directly (Full Auto or explicit instruction)
reply to the client and confirm we can start next Monday.
Laziza uses send_client_message to send under your BM/agency identity. Only use this when you're confident in what you want sent.
Review a draft before sending
review my last reply before I send it.
Conversation Summaries
Quick summary
Type @ and select "Summarise the conversation" — Laziza posts a 3–5 bullet summary covering current status, client needs, and recommended next step.
Custom summary
Type @, select Laziza, then write your question:
what are the three most important things this client has told us so far?
in one sentence, where does this lead stand right now?
Laziza reads the full conversation history — not just the last message — so summaries reflect the entire thread.
Follow-Ups & Scheduling
Schedule a wake-up
Type @, select Laziza, then write:
if the client doesn't reply by tomorrow morning, send a polite nudge asking if they had a chance to review our proposal.
schedule a wake-up for next Monday at 9am. Check if there's been any response and suggest the next step.
Use a preset shortcut
"Schedule a follow-up tomorrow morning" — wake-up at 9am team timezone, drafts a nudge if no reply
"Follow up if client doesn't reply by EOD" — wake-up at 6pm today, drafts a short check-in
Cancel a scheduled wake-up
Click the Delete button on the wake-up chip in the timeline. Or type @, select Laziza, and write:
cancel the pending wake-up for this room.
View pending wake-ups
Type @, select Laziza, and write:
what wake-ups do we have scheduled for this conversation?
Strategy & Next Steps
Ask what to do next
Type @ and select "What's the next step here?" — Laziza suggests one action for today and one to plan for this week.
Ask a strategic question
Type @, select Laziza, and write:
given everything in this room, what should we do next? Suggest one concrete action.
this client seems hesitant about price. How should we handle the next message?
Preset Reference
Five presets are available by default at Settings → CRM AI Configuration → Presets:
Preset | What it does |
Summarise the conversation | 3–5 bullet summary of status, needs, next move |
Schedule a follow-up tomorrow morning | Wake-up at 9am; drafts nudge if no reply |
What's the next step here? | Suggests one action today + one for this week |
Follow up if client doesn't reply by EOD | Wake-up at 6pm; drafts short check-in |
Review my last reply before I send it | Flags unclear, off-tone, or missing context |
You can create, edit, reorder, and delete presets at any time. Each preset supports up to 400 characters.
What Laziza Won't Do
Invent project details, budgets, or timelines that aren't in the conversation
Make promises about scheduling, billing, or contract changes
Assume your location or timezone if that data isn't available
Take any action she's unsure about — she'll post a note tagging you instead of guessing
