šŸ“„ Export Data from GigRadar

Learn how to export data from GigRadar to CSV file.

GigRadar provides a user-friendly dashboard that displays a lot of useful data about your work on Upwork. For example, you can view the number of proposals sent, invitations received, and much more.

Currently, you can only export proposal data for a specific time period and save the data as a CSV file for your reference. To export the data:

  1. From the GigRadar Dashboard, in the Recent Proposals block, click the Export CSV icon.
    ​Note: You cannot export custom columns to a CSV file.

  2. The downloaded file will include the following data:
    ​

    • Date: The date when you submitted the proposal.

    • Title: The title of the job post.

    • ProposalId: A unique numeric identifier for the proposal in the GigRadar system.

    • Job: A direct URL linking to the job posting on Upwork.

    • Manager: The name of the Business Manager.

    • Freelancer: The freelancer's name.

    • Status: The current state of the proposal. Possible values: Sent - proposal was submitted; Sent, Viewed - proposal was submitted and viewed by the client; Sent, Boosted - proposal was submitted with a connects boost applied; Invited, Chat - the freelancer was invited by the client and a chat was opened; Chat, Viewed - a chat was opened and viewed by the client.

    • Scanner: The name of the scanner.

    • ScannerID: The unique internal identifier of the scanner (Upwork search profile) used to find and submit the proposal. Corresponds to the scanner listed in the Scanner field. - indicates no scanner was used (e.g. Inbound proposals / manual).

    • Profile: The freelancer's profile name.

    • Type: The type of proposal (Outbound or Inbound).

    • Connects Spent: How many connects you used to send the proposal.

    • Connects Boost: The number of additional connects spent to boost the proposal and increase its visibility in the client's applicant list. If no boost was applied, the value is 0 or -.

    • Submission Price: The hourly or fixed rate proposed by the freelancer at the time of submission (in USD). May be empty (-) for Outbound proposals where no rate was specified.

    • GigRadar score: The GigRadar Scoreā„¢ percentage.

    • Cover letter: The text of the cover letter sent in the proposal.
