📈 When does the usage for my subscription begin?
GigRadar uses a “pay for what you use” usage model. When you subscribe to GigRadar, your subscription price immediately gets converted into usage credits.
In the event that you exceed your usage limit, you will get charged for the excess usage at the end of the billing period, based on the per-proposal rates applicable to your subscription plan.
💡 Example:
If you are on the $399 subscription plan and you have used $573 from your $399 usage credit, GigRadar will charge you the extra $174 at the end of the billing period, billing each additional proposal at $1.

🧾 What happens if I exhaust my usage or credits before the end of the month?
You will get charged for the excess usage at the end of the billing period, based on the per-proposal rates applicable to your subscription plan.

💲 Is there a limit to how many credits I can purchase or accumulate?
There is no limit to the number of credits that you accumulate. However, you should note that credits do not roll over to the next month.
