You receive renewal reminder emails to make you aware of your upcoming subscription charges. These emails detail not only the GigRadar Standard Plan but also outline the billing structure, which includes:

  • A monthly subscription fee of $399, for example.

  • A charge of $1 per additional Sardor AI subscription, but only if you exceed your allocated limit.

  • A charge of $0.5 per templated proposal, also only applied if you go over your limit.

Stripe includes these potential charges in the subscription to ensure transparency, but you are only billed for extra usage beyond your plan’s limits.

This setup means there are no surprise charges; you pay more only if you use more. It's Stripe's way of keeping billing clear and predictable for every user.
