I don't know how to verify if my subscription has been paid. Where can I check this?

You can view your subscription details in any of the following ways:

  • From the GigRadar Home page: On the Home page you can see information about the current month’s activity. Any past due payments will also appear on the Home page.

  • From the Team Settings page:

    • From your GigRadar account, click the gear (⚙️) icon on the upper-right corner of the page to go to your Settings.

    • Click on the Subscription tab and click Details.


    • Scroll down to the Invoice History section.

      Here you will see a history of all your transactions that have been paid or that have failed. If you want to make a payment for a failed transaction, see How to get a direct link for paying my invoice?.
