I just paid for my subscription, but my scanners still can't be turned on. How to fix it?

All payment transactions go through Stripe. After you make a payment, Stripe typically takes about 1 to 2 hours of time to process the payment. Only after the payment is processed, your subscription is resumed.

If 2 hours have passed since your payment, and you are still unable to turn on your scanners, use the support window on the GigRadar platform to send us a message or email [email protected].
