My payment failed. How can I initiate a repeat payment?

To make a payment:

  1. From your GigRadar account, click the gear (⚙️) icon in the upper-right corner of the page to go to your Settings.

  2. Click on the Subscription tab and click Details.


  3. Scroll down to the Invoice History section.
    Here you will see a history of all your transactions that have been paid or that have failed.

  4. Click on the failed invoice link beside the transaction date to open the invoice and make a payment using an available payment method.

Once payment is made, the subscription will resume within one hour. ⏰
