I can't add a business manager to my agency. The “Invite new user button” is not active. How can I fix this?

If you do not have an Agency Plus membership, the Invite New User button will remain inactive.

The Agency Plus membership is necessary for you to be able to add additional members, such as our Business Manager. To activate this feature, you can directly pay for the membership on Upwork. For more information, see Agency Plus on Upwork Help.
