With the Template Bidder option in your scanner’s Auto Bidder settings, you can add your cover letter template and answers to frequently asked client questions, which the scanner uses when submitting proposals.

The information that you include here will be used as-is to send out proposals for each and every bid. It is like copying and pasting the same information in multiple proposals.

The Template Bidder option is less expensive when compared to Sardor AI because it is not using any AI technology to craft cover letters and answers to client questions. It is simply using the template you provided as-is to send job proposals.

📝 Because sending the same cover letter to multiple proposals could result in poor lead generation results, GigRadar has applied a limitation for one scanner to allow submitting only one templated cover letter 300 times per month.

For more information about this limitation, see 🙅🏻‍♀️ 300 jobs / month limitation.

When using the Template Bidder option, we recommend that you segment your scanners to target specific jobs/domains.

💡 Example:

Instead of having one scanner and one cover letter to target all “UX/UI” jobs, you could have two scanners for “UX/UI + HealthCare” and “UX/UI + mobile” and have different cover letters for each of these scanners. When applying to jobs, the cover letters will seem more personalized to match each domain.

⚠️ You cannot use [placeholders] in your cover letter template or in answers to client questions. Unlike, Sardor AI, the [placeholders] will not get replaced with opportunity and client information. You will need to enter the exact information that you want the scanner to send as your proposal, including any greeting and sign-off content.
