Currently, you cannot schedule Auto Bidding, if your scanner detects more than 300 jobs per month.
GigRadar is designed in a way that facilitates scanner segmentation. We have created a limitation so that one scanner can submit one templated cover letter up to 300 times per month. This limitation allows you to use a different cover letter for each scanner, tailoring each of them to target a specific job category.

βHow to resolve the error?
If the job limit exceeds 300 posts per month and you have used appropriate filters and keywords, you must break up the scanner into multiple sub-scanners and implement the following filtering methods:
Update the Vendor Preferences by clicking on the Vendor filter:
βSelect the vendor talent preference: Target one specific talent type for each scanner. For example, select Unspecified for one scanner and Only Agencies in another.
βSelect vendor experience level: Target one experience level for each scanner. For example, one scanner can focus on Intermediate level while another scanner can target Expert level. Together, they can cover the same number of job posts without surpassing the 300 jobs per month limit.
β
Update the Client Location by clicking on the Client filter:
βSelect the Client Location: Include the countries that you want to target for each scanner. For example, one scanner can focus on locations such as the US and Canada, while another can target European countries.
π This does not mean that your scannerβs Preview Results will display only 300 jobs. Preview Results displays all job posts that match keywords and filters for up to two years.
If you want to view the approximate number of job posts per month from a scanner:
Go to the Auto Bidder tab of your scanner.
βScroll down to the Connects Expense section.
βHere, you can view the data for the scanner for the past year. You can also see the monthly forecast for the scanner that GigRadar determines based on historical data.
βBy looking at the forecast in the below image, we can say that the scanner has detected an average of 150 jobs per month.
