This is often caused by enabling Template Bidder instead of Sardor AI when selecting the bidding algorithm.
To know what bidding algorithm your scanner is using, follow these steps:
Determine which scanner sent the bid to the job post. You can do this as follows:
Once the scanner opens, click the Auto Bidder tab.
Under Auto Bidding Settings, you can view the bidding algorithm that was used to send out the proposal, which could be Template Bidder or Sardor AI.
📝 If you notice placeholders in the Cover Letter section, this suggests that Template Bidder is active rather than the required Sardor AI bidding algorithm. Choosing Sardor AI should prevent such issues from arising in the future.
