Currently, we cannot change the name or photo of your Business Manager.
The Business Manager profile is currently set to private, meaning that only the GigRadar team can view it. Only the agency can preview the Business Manager profile from the Agency Settings and Permissions setting on Upwork.
We are adding a verified Business Manager whose profile (name and photo) has been verified by Upwork. Changing the Business Manager profile could negatively impact your existing profile.
📝 Even during conversations with Upwork’s lead, the Business Manager profile is only visible when you navigate to all the members in the conversation. You cannot access the full profile and will only be able to see a preview of it.
