On your GigRadar Home page, under Getting Started, click the Agency Set Up step and make sure that there are no errors while adding the Business Manager to the account.

If you see any errors, use the support window on the GigRadar platform to send a message to our Tech Support team or email [email protected].
βCheck your Upwork agency settings to verify that the Business Manager is a part of the agency. For more information on how to go to your agency settings on Upwork, see Agency Settings and Permissions β Upwork Customer Service & Support on Upwork Help.
βCheck if there is an email from Upwork confirming that the Business Manager has been added successfully.
