The Business Manager’s profile is currently private, allowing only our team to view it. In your agency account, you can also see the Business Manager profile. Fortunately, even when communicating with a lead on Upwork, the profile is visible only when drilling down to everyone in the conversation. You can't access the full profile from the preview.
It's important to note that our Business Manager is non-exclusive, meaning it does not affect your agency's visibility or ranking on Upwork. Only your own profiles influence your rankings and views.
