You can view the bids that were sent by your scanner in any of the following ways:
View proposals sent for a specific scanner from the Auto Bidder tab:
Click the Auto Bidder tab on your scanner.
Scroll down to the Latest Opportunities section.
Here you can view all the jobs that were detected by your scanner and view the cover letter for the proposals sent by the scanner.Choose the proposal you like and point to it to view the text.
You can also click on the proposal to open it.
When the side panel opens, you will see the full proposal text and other proposal details.
If you encounter an error next to an opportunity in the Latest Opportunities list indicating that your bid was not sent, you can still access and review the proposal.
Here's what you can expect to find:
Error Message: A brief description of the issue that prevented your bid from being submitted.
Contact Support: A button that allows you to contact the technical support team for assistance.
Opportunity Details:
The date the opportunity was discovered.
The name and link to the scanner used.
The status of the opportunity, which will show as "Failed."
The GigRadar Score.
Proposal type (either Outbound or Inbound).
Pre-generated Cover Letter
Job Details
Client Details
Job Post Description
Opportunities in the "Sending" status will display similar information.
View the proposals sent by all your scanners along with other details from the Team Dashboard:
From your GigRadar account, click on Dashboard.
In the Proposals section you can view the proposals that were sent out for each scanner by date, title, manager, freelancer, and status.
Just pick the proposal you want and click on it to open. Once the side panel shows up, you'll see the text of the proposal.
