I just topped up my Connects balance, but in GigRadar, it appears the same as it was before. Can you fix this?

Upwork and GigRadar data is synchronized every 24 hours.

If you have manually topped up the connects on Upwork, this information displays on your GigRadar account (Home page > Upwork Connects Balance) only after the synchronization has occurred between Upwork and GigRadar.

If your data failed to synchronize with Upwork, the Upwork Connects Balance might show inaccurate details. This suggests that the synchronization occurred before the current day, indicating a synchronization failure.
