Today, I received several replies from clients on Upwork, but I don’t see them displayed on the Dashboard. How can I fix this?

There are several reasons why replies may not appear on the dashboard:

  • The bid was sent on the same day that the reply was received, and the data synchronization did not occur or has failed. You can check the Home page or Dashboard to verify when the data synchronization last occurred.

💡 Upwork and GigRadar data is synchronized every 2 hours. Once the synchronization takes place, the replies should be visible on the GigRadar dashboard.

If you still don't see the updates, use the support window on the GigRadar platform to send us a message or email us at [email protected].

  • The bid was sent earlier and not on the day that the reply was received. In this case, it is necessary to note that the reply will be displayed on the dashboard on the exact day the bid was sent. Therefore, if you have received a response today for a bid that was sent on a different day, you will not see it on the dashboard if you are looking at data for today.
