Unfortunately, we cannot transfer credits from your current plan to the new plan. To switch to another plan, we need to reset your subscription.

However, the price of the first month on the new plan will be adjusted to include the unused days from the current subscription. The discount will be equivalent to the number of unused days in the current plan, provided it doesn't exceed the maximum credit limit of the current plan.

For example, let’s consider that you have the GigRadar Scale Plan ($800) and you've used exactly 50% of your days. Now, you want to upgrade to the GigRadar Conquer Plan ($1050).

In this case, we need to reset your subscription, and your subscription will be counted from the day of reset. But the first month's price on the new plan will be $400 cheaper because you didn't use 50% in the previous plan.
