The Time column, found in the Proposal Sending Stats section on the Team Dashboard, indicates the average time from when the job was posted on Upwork to when the bid was sent by GigRadar.

If you are viewing data for a specific date, such as today, and if you're seeing a higher average time than the previous day, then this could be a result of an error or delay in submitting a few proposals.

Sometimes proposals are delayed due to an error. In such cases, our developers manually push the bids. Consequently, these proposals will be sent a little later, contributing to a change in the average time.
โ€‹

For example, letโ€™s consider that you are viewing data for a specific date range, where the scanner typically sends out 100 proposals at the regular average time of 13 minutes. If due to an error, 10 proposals were sent after a 2-hour delay, the average bid time for all these proposals would be higher than normal.

๐Ÿ›ˆ Typically, this could be just a temporary delay impacting just a few bids, and eventually, the average time will normalize to around 13 minutes.
