You can set up your scanner to search for jobs based on the client’s hiring history on Upwork. The client's hiring history indicates the number of projects posted by the client that led to the hiring of a freelancer. For example, in the below image, the hire rate for this client is 80%.

To include the client's hiring history as a search parameter in your scanner:

  1. Go to the scanner’s Client Parameters by clicking on the Client filter.

  2. In the Hire Rate Stats section, in the Client Hire Rate field, you can select any of the following options:

    • Low Rates: Select this checkbox if you want to search for jobs where the client’s hiring history is between 0-25%.

    • Mid Rates: Select this checkbox if you want to search for jobs where the client’s hiring history is between 25-50%.

    • High Rates: Select this checkbox if you want to search for jobs where the client’s hiring history is between 50-75%.

    • Max Rates: Select this checkbox if you want to search for jobs where the client’s hiring history is between 75-100%.

  3. Click OK.

📌 Tip: Check your scanner’s Preview Results to verify that the jobs that are displaying match the filters that you have applied. For more information, see 👀 Preview Results.
