By default, after sending a bid using the Business Manager, a chat room is created that includes the Business Manager, client, and the freelancer. The freelancer can independently add other agency members to the chat with the client.
Alternatively, you can use any of the following options to join a chat room:
Option 1: The agency member can join the room from their profile:
The agency member, who needs to join the chat room, can visit https://www.upwork.com/ab/proposals/ and log in using their profile.
Open the active proposal for the job.
Click Join the room.
Option 2: The agency owner can add agency members to the room:
Log in using the profile of the agency owner.
Open the active proposal for the job.
Click Join the room. As the agency owner, you can add any agency, member to join the room.
