Adding an additional/new Business Manager will not affect the agency's statistics. There are a number of reasons for this:
The Business Manager’s profile is currently private, allowing only our team to view it. In your agency account, you can also see the Business Manager profile. Fortunately, even when communicating with a lead on Upwork, the profile is visible only when navigating down to everyone in the conversation. You can't access the full profile from the preview.
It's important to note that our Business Manager is non-exclusive, meaning it does not affect your agency's visibility or ranking on Upwork. Only your own profiles influence your rankings and views.
Based on the above facts, replacing the Business Manager cannot negatively affect your statistics. However, it's crucial to focus on enhancing other elements that could contribute to better statistics, such as scanners, Cover Letters, and the profiles from which bids are dispatched.
