This error may occur immediately after adding a BM.
To fix this, first, check whether the permissions for the BM are selected correctly:
Enter Email Addresses or Usernames: Copy the ID of your business manager from your GigRadar agency settings page. It should look similar to 52350e00.
Message to User (Optional): You can leave this field blank.
Admin: Select None or Full if you want the business manager to automatically top up connects for you.
Business: Select Manager.
Agency Contractor: Select Non-exclusive.
View Work Diaries: Select Individual.
Can Chat With: Select Company.
If everything is selected correctly and this error does not disappear, please report this problem to the technical support team. They will check it on their side and inform you of further steps.
