I see a submitted bid in the scanner under Latest Opportunities, but I don’t see it on the dashboard. Why is that?

In each scanner in the Latest Opportunities block, information is displayed in real time immediately after a bid is submitted. While our dashboard is updated and synchronized with the Upwork profile by default once every 2 hours, this means the data on the dashboard may be displayed with a delay.

💡We can reduce the data synchronization time from 2 hours to 20 minutes, allowing you to see updated data on the dashboard more quickly and receive notifications sooner.
