Is there any way to know whether the client is online or not through Gigradar CRM?

No, for now, this option is not available for Gigradar CRM.

But, based on the reply received, you could expect that user could still be online, as synchronization for chats occurs every 10 minutes, so there are good chances that client could be responsive for your next reply.
