Can Gigradar submit proposals on jobs that require an interview on Upwork?

There are currently jobs on Upwork that use the instant interview feature. Since this is an interview, we cannot send a text proposal beforehand.

If your scanner tries to send a proposal to such a job post, you will receive the "Ooops! GigRadar failed due to an unexpected error" message.
