This error occurs when the token expires. To fix this, you just need to delete your account and add it again and that will solve this issue.
To do this, go to your account in Chats and, from the right side, you can click on "Delete Upwork account."
After that, you can reconnect your account once again by clicking on "Connect/Reconnect Upwork Account."
