Understanding New Dashboard: Timeline and Funnel

The new Dashboard is designed to give you a clear, structured view of how your proposals progress - from sending to potential opportunities. It visualizes your proposal flow across four key stages:

  • Sent

  • View

  • Replies

  • Opportunities

This combination of metrics helps you analyze both trends over time and conversion efficiency, making it easier to identify bottlenecks and optimize your strategy.

In addition to the charts, the dashboard includes key summary indicators:

  • Reply Rate

  • View Rate

  • Upwork Connects Balance

  • GigRadar Credit Balance

These provide a quick snapshot of both your performance and available resources in one place.

This aligns seamlessly with Upwork’s official reports and stats, such as weekly summaries, transaction histories, and work diaries, ensuring compatibility and reliability.

Invitations and profile views are not included here - they will be available in the GigRadar Inbound (EX Profiles) section.

Chart Views Overview

The dashboard offers two ways to visualize your data: Timeline and Funnel. Each provides a different perspective on your performance.

πŸ“ˆ Timeline View

The Timeline chart helps you track how your performance evolves over a selected period.

It displays:

  • Sent proposals

  • Views

  • Replies

By default, Opportunities are hidden to keep the chart clean and easy to read. However, you can enable them anytime through the legend.

Users can manually activate Opportunities from the legend, and once enabled, the chart dynamically updates to reflect the additional data layer.

This view is ideal for identifying patterns, trends, and performance changes over time.

The Funnel chart focuses on conversion performance between each stage:

Opportunities β†’ Sent β†’ View β†’ Replies

Unlike the Timeline view, all stages are displayed by default, giving you a complete picture of how proposals move through the pipeline.

What it helps you see:

  • Drop-offs between stages

  • Conversion efficiency

  • Strengths and weak points in your funnel

You can easily switch back to the Timeline view using the toggle.

By combining trend analysis through the Timeline view with conversion insights from the Funnel view, this feature provides a comprehensive understanding of how your outreach performs over time.

It helps you clearly identify where opportunities are being lost and enables you to refine and optimize your application strategy.
