The panel on the right side of every conversation gives you a quick overview of the lead and lets you manage key details without leaving the chat.
Client profile image - shows the client's picture or a placeholder avatar for quick identification.
Relevance — mark the lead as Relevant or Not Relevant. You can change this at any time. If you select Not Relevant, a field appears so you can note the reason.
By default, all leads from bidding are marked as Relevant. |
Lead stage — a dropdown showing the current pipeline stage (New, Interested, Booked, etc.). Click the badge to update it. The badge and page refresh automatically after you make a change.
This stage is specific to the conversation and separate from your main pipeline filters. |
Scanner name — shows which scanner generated this lead. Click it to open the scanner in a new window where you can view and edit its settings.
(e.g., Upwork Scanner, Manual Entry)
Freelancer profile — shows the assigned freelancer's name, helping you identify who is responsible for the conversation and quick access to their performance or status.
Participant list — shows everyone involved in the chat, with profile images or placeholder avatars.
