Understanding New Dashboard: Proposal Sending Stats

Written by Iryna Grytsaenko
Updated today

The Proposal Sending Stats section provides a unified view of your outbound performance through a single table with three switchable perspectives: Manager, Freelancer, and Scanner. This flexible structure allows you to analyze performance at different operational levels without leaving the section.

Across all views, you’ll find key performance metrics such as Bids, Replies, PVR (Proposal View Rate), LRR (Lead Reply Rate) and Score. In addition, the Connect Spent and CPR (Cost per Reply) column is available exclusively in the Scanner view, giving you visibility into cost efficiency at the automation level. Built-in filters allow you to refine data while staying within your selected view, making analysis seamless and efficient.

View by Manager

The Manager view reflects proposals submitted by Business Managers on behalf of freelancers within the agency. In this workflow, a manager selects the appropriate freelancer profile and crafts the proposal, enabling centralized control and a more structured outreach process.

To keep the interface clear and consistent, the table displays up to five Business Managers at a time, matching the layout of other views. Each GigRadar Business Manager is marked with a GR badge, making it easy to distinguish them within the table.

View by Freelancer

The Freelancer view shows proposals sent directly by individual freelancers from their own profiles. This perspective highlights each freelancer’s personal activity and engagement with job postings.

As with other views, the table displays up to five freelancers at a time. Unlike the Manager view, no GR badge is shown here, since there is no distinction between freelancers using GigRadar and those operating independently.

View by Scanner (Scanner Breakdown)

The Scanner view provides a detailed breakdown of performance at the automation level. It shows how each active scanner contributes to your outreach, including activity volume, engagement rates, and cost efficiency.

This view is especially useful for identifying which scanners are performing well and which may require optimization. It also includes Connect Spent, helping you track how resources are being used across different scanners.

As with the other views, the table displays up to five scanners at a time, ensuring a consistent and easy-to-navigate experience.

Why This Section Matters

By allowing you to switch between Manager, Freelancer, and Scanner perspectives, this section gives you a complete understanding of your outbound performance. It helps you pinpoint strengths, uncover inefficiencies, and make informed decisions to improve both strategy and results.
