How to Use Prompt Version History in CRM AI Configuration

Written by Vadym O

GigRadar automatically saves every change you make to Laziza's custom prompt as a new version. This lets you track edits over time, compare configurations, and roll back to any previous version without losing your work.

Viewing Version History

In Settings → CRM AI Configuration → Prompt, click the version button (e.g. v10 ▾) next to the Save button. A dropdown appears showing all saved versions, each with its name, save date, and the team member who saved it.

Version Types

Version

Description

v0 — Default Prompt

GigRadar's baseline prompt. Always available as a fallback.

Numbered versions (v4, v9, v10…)

Each time you save, a new version is created. Versions can be named or left as "Untitled version."

Switching to a Previous Version

Click any version in the dropdown to load it into the editor. Review the content, then click Save to make it the active version, or Cancel to discard the switch.

Resetting to the Default

Click Reset (v0) to restore GigRadar's baseline prompt. This replaces the current editor content with v0 but does not delete your other saved versions — they remain accessible in the dropdown.

Naming a Version

When saving, type a name in the text field at the bottom of the prompt editor (e.g. "new the best versions") before clicking Save. Named versions are easier to identify in the history dropdown.

Tips

  • Save a named version before making major changes — it's easier to find and restore later.

  • Use Reset (v0) if Laziza starts behaving unexpectedly and you want a clean baseline to work from.

  • The active version is always highlighted in blue in the dropdown.
