In GigRadar CRM Auto Reply settings controls whether Laziza responds to incoming client messages automatically or waits for your team's approval. Go to Settings → CRM AI Configuration → Auto Reply to configure it.
Modes
Full Auto
Laziza reads each incoming message and sends a reply automatically — no human review required. Best for teams that have a well-tuned prompt and want full automation.
Co-pilot (default)
Laziza drafts a reply and posts it as an internal comment for your team to review. You approve or edit before anything is sent to the client. Best for teams that want AI assistance while keeping full control over what the client sees.
Turn Off
Laziza does not generate automatic replies. She can still be triggered manually via @mention presets in the chat room.
Scope
After selecting a mode, choose which messages it applies to:
All messages — Laziza responds to every incoming client message in the thread
First message — Laziza responds only to the first message in a new conversation
