Low Connects Notifications are sent as soon as GigRadar detects that the connects balance is below the threshold. A notification is sent for every proposal that is submitted after the threshold.
β
For example, if you have a threshold of 100 connects, you will receive a notification if you have submitted a proposal for 16 connects, and your balance is now 94 connects. If you have not topped up and have further submitted another proposal for 10 connects, you will receive another low connects notification.
β οΈ Once your agency runs out of connects, GigRadar makes up to 5 attempts to submit proposals without connects, after which Auto Bidder will be disabled. This is done to avoid unnecessary attempts in submitting new job proposals without connects.
β
After top-up, make sure that you check all your Auto Bidders and enable them if needed.
