This is not a bug. Once your agency runs out of connects, GigRadar makes up to 5 attempts to submit proposals without connects, after which Auto Bidder will be disabled and the scanners will not send any further bids. This is done to avoid unnecessary attempts in submitting new job proposals without connects.

However, upon topping up your connects or receiving additional connects from Upwork, causing your balance to exceed 30 connects, your scanners should automatically turn on.

πŸ“ You need to top up your connects within 7 days; otherwise, the scanners won't turn on automatically later. After this time, you will need to check the Auto Bidder settings for all your scanners manually and enable them if needed.

To make sure that you always have sufficient connects balance, we recommend the following:

  • Turn on πŸ“£ Low Connects Notification to receive notifications via Slack or Telegram when the connects balance is below a certain threshold.

  • Enable Auto top-up connects to allow your Business Manager to automatically top-up connects when they fall below a certain threshold.
