📢 When will I get notifications?

In your GigRadar account you can manage the notifications that you would like to receive.

ⓘ To access the notifications:

1. From your GigRadar account, click the gear (⚙️) icon in the upper-right corner of the page to go to your Team Settings.

2. Click the Preferences tab to access the notifications.

Depending on the type of notification, you will receive a notification from GigRadar as follows:

  • Lead Reply notification:

    The periodic dashboard sync happens typically every 1-2 hours, depending on your GigRadar configuration. This notification is typically sent along with the Client invitation notification.

  • Client invitation notification:

    The periodic dashboard sync happens typically every 1-2 hours, depending on your GigRadar configuration. This notification is typically sent along with the New Lead Reply notification.

  • Low connects balance notifications:

    Notifications are sent as soon as GigRadar detects that the connects balance is below the threshold. This could happen when GigRadar is sending a proposal, but no later than the periodic dashboard sync.

  • Auto top-up notifications:

    Notifications are sent as soon as GigRadar detects that the connects balance is below the threshold. This could happen when GigRadar is sending a proposal, but no later than the periodic dashboard sync.

  • Opportunity alerts notifications:

    Notifications are sent as soon as GigRadar detects a match with one of user’s scanners or profiles.
